Terms of Service
By using Imagination Board (imboard.app) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Your account
You sign in with Google or an email link. Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
Your boards
Boards are private by default. Only you can see a private board. You own your boards.
Publishing is public
When you publish a board, anyone can see it. Anyone on the internet can open it, with no account. Do not publish anything you want to keep private.
The publish licence
When you publish a board, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, copy, adapt and license your published boards. This includes licensing them to others, for example as part of datasets.
- Your name and account details are stripped from licensed copies.
- Private boards are never included.
- You keep ownership. The licence is not exclusive: you can use and share your own boards however you like.
The Publish button shows this licence before you confirm.
Deleting
If you delete a board, or your account, we remove it from future use. We cannot take it back from copies that were already licensed before you deleted it.
What you promise
- You have the right to publish what you publish, and to grant the licence above.
- You follow the acceptable use rules.
What we may do
We may remove or unpublish content that breaks these terms or the law, and close accounts of people who keep doing it. See report or takedown.
Bark and AI
Bark (voice to text) is optional and runs on your device. AI features are off. See privacy.
No promises
The site is provided as it is, without warranties. Keep your own copy of anything important: you can export your boards and download your data in Settings. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost data or indirect damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
