How to report
- Use the Report button on a published board or theme.
- Or email hello@imboard.app with the link to the content and what is wrong.
We look at reports and may unpublish the content while we decide.
Copyright notice (DMCA)
If you believe a published board infringes your copyright, email a notice to hello@imboard.app. It must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature (the copyright owner, or someone authorised to act for them).
- A description of the copyrighted work you say was infringed.
- The link to the material you say infringes, enough for us to find it.
- Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner.
We may pass a copy of your notice to the person who published the board.
Counter-notice
If we removed your board because of a notice and you think that was a mistake, email hello@imboard.app with:
- Your signature.
- The link to the removed material, and where it appeared before removal.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address and phone number, a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, if outside the USA, any court where we can be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the notice.
We then send your counter-notice to the person who complained. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material in 10 to 14 business days.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of people who are repeatedly the subject of valid copyright notices.
